You will find that the chiro will help you quite a lot for realignment of your sline but you might want to consider to see a very good massage therapist to help relive the aches and pains after a few treatments. Please, choose very carefully your therapists as they are not all good. I know as I am a Special Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Acupressurist and a Disloocated and / or a Pinched Nerve Specialist.

From what you are telling us, it seems you have pinched nerves in your back and they need to be resetted. I have worked on many people, men and women to help releive their pains. I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
