i am not an expert, but I can tell you that coffee enemas are known as the king of all enemas since they provide major detox to both bowels and liver. Liver is an important organ to be cleaned (detoxed) especially if you are suffering from candida. Liver is supposed to be clean and functioning well so that it can secrete enough bile which in turn gets rid of candida.. so if you haven't done coffee enemas, I suggest you to first research about it and then do regular coffee enemas.. It really improves bowels, liver function, and helps liver heal itself..

note: candida can reach the liver itself if your candida problem is serious, and no enema other than a coffee enema can reach the liver.. that's why it is known as the king of all enemas :)
