I have looked into your blog and read a little about these therapies but didn't consider them for myself. I will now.

I also read a little of The Power of Now at the book store, but at the time I didn't think I was prepared for it yet. I'll check it out again.

I watched "What the Bleep To We Know" and loved it but haven't heard of "The Secret"
I'll have to get that one. Can it be rented?

I'll try that techinique and see how it goes. I feel much more positive about it now that i've admitted I have this problem and asked for help.
