I use just plain , distilled warm water and then for the last enema I use plain water with probiotics. I sometimes do yogurt. I do not trust ACV. Vinegar of any kind is controversial and I did not have a good reaction to it years back the first time I had candida. So I do not mess with it. Really , I do not think I need to do garlic enemas at this point. I already have tons of dead candida in me and I cannot get enough of it out fast enough. It is making me a little too toxic and I have had to back off of my antifungal regimen to a lower dose.
