I have to say that since I've cleansed my body, I have experienced much less of this type of thing. But I've also overhauled my relationship with God and moved into a new home (maybe lacking in the older energies) since then as well. I agree that you should "go with it" and not let it scare you, you're probubly going to be told something very important. But if these experiences have a sinister or threatening feel to them, you should seek someone spiritual to talk to like a clergyman as soon as possible. Talking with others, psychics and other forms of enlightenment may provide some insight and understanding, but in my personal experience, this wasn't the comforting that I needed, and the episodes continued. The sinister side of it stayed until I got some good religious counseling and deepened my relationship with God. Now I welcome and better understand these episodes and their messages and my body doesn't feel threatened by them anymore.
