I didn't use the Epsom Salts ...the only thing I did was not eat after 4 then took 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of lemon juice mixed it, drank it before I went to bed, and laid on my right side. The next morning I went to the restroom but nothing and today this morning I had light colored stool? What could this be?
According to my gastroenterologist, it looks like I'm recovering from, they can tell by certain markers on blood tests. Some people, 10% who of those who get hep B, have the virus for the rest of their lives (they become chronic carriers) and others 90% get the virus and recover. I still don't know if I should do the liver/gallbladder flush...still worried.
