Hi AnnaG,

Your morn urine of 6.25 pH is showing your are still too Acidic and the saliva pH of 6.8 is showing your reserves are building up, since you started at 5.5-5.7!

Make sure you stay away from Heavy meals of an even before bedtime, which have Proteins and starches combined with the meal!
