Wow Trapper, that sounds really neat. I've done the swf's with the Master Cleanse, but it never occured to me to do it alone while eating solid food. I'm certainly curious to try it. Have you found that all that salt has caused you to be more dehydrated?

On the Master Cleanse, the protocol includes drinking senna tea at night to help stir things up; have you been doing the same or have you found that the salt is all you need?
