...May be better, in as much as the ends of the meridians in the hands touch the ends of the meridians in the feet?

Just guessing here, but I wonder what is taught in the schools.

Also, I find the gently probing the hands for sore spots, and working them out, is very relaxing. Didn't ever experience detox from any reflexology, though.

...Yet it's pleasant.

(I occasionally go to a certain practitioner. She's a 'digger', she says. There's one spot on my big toe that it hurts enough to launch me across the room. ...A good hurt, you know?)
