You have paraphrased the article incorrectly it says: “composed of fatty acids similar to those in olive oil”. This is no surprise as human fat is 46% mono-unsaturated oleic fatty acid which is also the major constituent of olive oil.

The article is what I call pseudo-science they take a couple of facts and make a case.
