Two quarts is roughly equivalent to four pints, correct? I really feel as if I could do with five or so days of severe flushing, but four pints all at once might well kill me! I am incredibly slight - even a Dr. Schulze super-food makes me feel a little uncomfortable.

But, as you said, "cheap, easy, safe."
