Hah, no, definitely not Joel. His beliefs concerning sex are certainly admirable (and correct). I very much doubt that Andreas would recommend daily self-gratification, as he specifically warns against excessive sexual intercourse in his Timeless Secrets book.

I have read some puzzling theories in my time, but healthy self-stimulation is surely the pinnacle of all nonsense. I expect to see the "self-gratification for health" forum soon, however...
