Hello - I just saw your message! It's best to treat the whole family including the pets at the same time, but like most other things, Mom is usually the guiena (sp) pig. If it works for you then by all means, treat the family. In most cases, if one member of the family is infected, then the entire family is infected - the symptoms just show up differently in different people.
