Had eczema 5 yrs. lightly but last 3 months many parts on my top leg/buttocks. Steriod cream does not help ITCHING horrible ice is the only thing that helps, Now it is red and rash like, before white.. If I itch even ONCE it flares and STAYS

Any advice, suggestions.. thanks
