For flushing you need a less absorbable magnesium so that it works as a purgatory within the intestines and that smaller amount are abosrbed systmeically for the other aspects of the flush. Something like angstrom mag is near 100% absorbed and would not work within the gut for the purging.


My Ph hovers in the 7.2 to 7.4 range. It was off the bottom end of my testing paper (5.5) before I began.

As far as te cow thing, the reason its okay for somepeople as they move to more effiencient and revitalizing nutrition is that its organic, raw and grass fed. Imagine now how good it would be if you cut out the middleman, er um middlecow. ;-)

The life force energy in grass is way higher than the milk/cream. The grass is closer to the sun in it's creation and can recreate itself (thus life force stream) as opposed to milk which cannot recreate itself. It is entropic.
