I happen to see your name. I am still following your advice from the cholesterol forum. I am down to 1 fruit a day and very low in carbohydrates.
I found a very interesting website about alkalizing and an explanation how it is always not the same for all bodytypes. I just thought I will share it with you, since it reinforces the advice you gave me to lower the triglycirides.
