I agree completely!

David Wolfe does have some great info, but he just goes too far with the cacao. Actually writing a book about it and then selling it off as a great superfood is just ridiculous. That's what I call fanatical.

He was the one who taught me about the ionic minerals so I've got to thank him for that though!

What's your take on ionic minerals, Lapis. I read that you said they angstrom sized magnesium could be used instead of Epsom Salts . How much should I take? Does it work any better than epsoms?
