larry b,
nattokinase is a new one to my friend. i take only 1 aspirin a day, prescribed by my GP. you see i've been through what you are going through, plus an heart attack.
i've learnt a great deal more about HBP etc. since that time, that is inevitable i suppose but when it comes down to your own survival one has to get the thinking cap on pretty fast.
i've learnt much from CZ, in fact it's brilliant. what helped me the most was "THE Water Cure " plus the one on SALT on CZ.
water has been my greatest savior, and i consume CELTIC SALT.
i found that water has kept my kidney's flushed and my body constantly hydrated.
the eating of cucumber and Celery has helped immensely for my BP.
i purchased a BP monitor long ago ( arm type for accuracy ) to keep check on what foods that raise BP and record each time. i'm still alive so something must be working. keep an eye on your blood Sugar levels larry for my diet must contain low glycaemic foods to control those levels. Tom.
