Thanks Alison. I am sorry for freaking out, but I lost control some hours ago and began crying for no good reason. I could hardly breath, the lump in my throat was making me gag, and I was struggling to keep my eyes open while fidgeting as if I was on crack... I took drugs in my teens and I NEVER saw pupils so small; they were hardly visible.

No more cacao...ever. I am going to go curl up in a ball in bed and hopefully wake tomorrow feeling "fine"... Epsom Salts tomorrow, just to make sure!
