Thanks for that link. I lost it when my old computer died. I just got some bad news this morning about my health problems and want to go all out to try and just get healthy before probable surgery early next year. I have the Okra Pepsin E3 ordered and I guess I'll try the coffee enemas too. I did them a few years ago, but stopped and went on the other things. I am not a coffee drinker and don't even own a coffee pot, so I will have to start from "scratch" on this.

Its very discouraging to find out I may never walk unassisted again, even with surgery, but the surgery, whether successful or not should bring an end to the constant pain. Meanwhile, I am waiting for some insurance issues to be settled and figure instead of giving up I need to get as healthy as possible, lose another 20 pounds or so, and get my blood pressure stable. I must admit my hope is still to get my body to heal naturally, but I cannot endure this pain much longer. Has anyone reading this ever had cortisone shots injected into the spine? This scares me as much as the idea of surgery does.
