Looking for some help...looking to clean out my colon...just to get some of the garbage out, I would like to do enema, but not sure which to try...when I went in for my colonoscopy they had me drink phospho soda...I am not a complete health freak, but wanted to get your thoughts on this, if it is OK to do it again to clean myself??
