Yes, I would wait for the enema [as I stated below with Ayehasherayeh's post]. Listen to your body! Don't doubt yourself by saying 'It's all in my head.' ;D Love yourself and know your body is trying to help you! You've only had liquids today, yes? I would continue to fast, if I were you. Lots of cleansing drinks like young coconut water, fresh watermelon juice, fresh green juices, ect. Be kind to yourself.. I personally wouldn't do anything abrasive like lemon today.
