I really don't think I can face another enema. My body was fighting it yesterday; I was having a LOT of trouble getting it in, and I didn't listen, and was horrified at the results.

COULD/WOULD a salt water flush do anything close? I know when you fall off a horse you should get back on, but....

you have all been so kind and helpful. Thanks .

ps just drank a cup of cinnamon and ginger--must have done it too strong; feel like throwing up. The only bad side effect today are tenderness in the colon area, gas, and a little achiness in general. The body is an amazing thing.
