You can use the refractometer to measure and check anything which you may get some liquid or sap out of, so this means you may test dairy products also, but then you need to learn just what you may be reading!

This Refractometer (0-32 Brix)used to test foods, measures the sugars in a sample, and "IF" these sugars are bound with Alkaline Minerals, then the higher reading may mean better Quality!

This is another Tool which may help a person find Better Quality foods to eat!
