One thing I am in the process of doing is testing my stool to see how my digestion is. You have to collect stool samples over three days and then send it to a lab in
N.C. I am not underweight but I guess a lot of people who have a problem digesting food are. I think they can tell in this test whether you have the proper bacteria and flora required to digest food properly. If you are that constipated then it sounds like you have a blockage of some type.
