Do you think the cinnamon properites will make it down to my intestines? I won't do the pepperment. Do you think the slippery elm tomorrow is a good idea? Or should I just keep doing the cinnamon and ginger? They might be too lively as I get closer to bed.

What is your opinion of a salt water flush tomorrow? I heard of a mom once whose child ate some ants, and the panicked mother fed the child ant poison! I would hate to do more damage than I've already done. Someone suggested doing another enema tomorrow, but for some reason, that just doesn't appeal to me at this point :-O
