To recap, I did an enema couple hours ago, started feeling crappy, and found out the tubing was moldy--I just flushed MOLD into my intestines. So far I have had a glass of water with slippery elm and coconut oil; took a tablespoon of liquid Bentonite clay, but I'm still feeling the pressure building in my left side of intestines. Also, my kidney are achey, throat scratchy. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS? I haven't done another enema--I don't have another bag, and no car available at the moment. I know I shouldn't freak, but I do feel a bit like I've ingested poison. (and I feel pretty stupid as well)
