I did an enema today, first in about 5 months. I ASSuMEd my equipment was clean, that I had put it away dry.So I ran some hydrogen peroxide over/in it and proceeded.

An hour later, my throat scratchy and my intestines bloating/swelling, I knew something wasn't right. I took the enema tubing and slit it open, and it was moldy. I just put MOLD into my colon. I know, totally STUPID. People like me give alternative health a bad name, but I won't tell anyone but you guys if you can just tell me how to best DEAL with this.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, what do I do now? After my last 'bright idea' I hesitate....but the pain in intestine is increasing. Salt water flush to get it out? Activated charcoal by mouth?

Quick, please.
