She does eat raw fruits all the time. Now she is actually on raw foods till the condition clears(hopefully). But just the raw food will it help to pass the hard stools impacted in the colon?Anything else we can do meantime? Is the enema harmfull?

Where can I buy the colon book from? I need it as soon as possible. Is it avilable in health food stores?
