If you can go off the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract forever you are cured. If not... well.

I was on Primal Defense for 2-3 years. No yeast problems at all. I am off it for 5 months and the BEAST is back. But it took 5 months to come back. And I never watched my diet at all. Ever.

So I could go back and do that. But this time I want cure. We shall see. On the other hand I would bet staying off Sugar is lifetime and key to the CURE. Maybe if you are cured you don;t crave it. Can I do that? I don;t know. Living in the jungle and/or caves had pluses didn;t it?
