Things don't always stay quite the same down below as estrogen levels drop -- the clitoris may firm up and grow a little, but the labia tend to shrink away to very small.

If you haven't had a few kids you should be OK with nothing unexpected appearing -- sometimes after a few kids menopause can bring a complete prolapse which looks devastatingly like something that guys could be jealous of.
