There can be a little confusion on the terminology sometimes over "coconut milk."
Some people call the liquid on the inside the milk, others call it "coconut water" or "coconut juice." That's because the liquid extracted from the meat (creamy and fatty) is also called "coconut milk" or sometimes "coconut cream."
