for the past few weeks between the 7/8/9th LFs, I've noticed that i'm pretty close to my pre-flushing lethargia. im feeling tired at work and am needing to take a nap as soon as i get home. these past few days i've had a dull headache and havnt been able to think very clearly. on the said flushes, i had little to no stones expelled. am i suppose to feel worse at this time before i feel better?

ive read that during the 8 to 9th flush there seems to be a lull in stones and then they start showing up again at the 10th. im hoping im just going through a set back and that my progression will continue soon.
