Sooo weird i was just thinkin of posting something about my damn Sugar cravings. It makes me feel worse than i already do but i get a craving and have to go to the store...mostly for cake and dessert stuff. :(
I get loopy, anxious and head pressure...sometimes irritable.
Good luck finding something to help.
I know once when i tried to quit the sugary snack it was REALLY hard (like drug detox i would guess) for the first few days. After that it was easier.
