Hi Trapper,

A few questions for you:

Why would fasting replace the need to pull? There are other toxins in the body that will not automatically be eliminated with fasting, aren't there? Also, does fasting get the bile flow up? It seems like I get MORE out of my pulls after a period of fasting than I do normally.

Not sure if I read your statement right or if you were referring to something else.
