I would advise against getting these salivary glands removed, they are there for a reason!

you say about about moving your lips(smiling....), i don't think this matters, if you think about out it the crusts on the lip are the lip skin so as long as you don't break that then that is fine in my opinion, well as long as you don't smile like the joker or try to eat a an oversized muffin or something!lol!
