Thank you so much for the kind words! You've really helped encourage me. You are an inpsiration to me, as well. I'll have to challenge myself to make that permanant change in diet. It'll be hard, but for the health of myself and my family, I'll just have to do it. I'm hoping I can start another fast in the next few days. No health problems, except a concern that my thyroid is out of balance, again. Perhaps we'll join up again.
