Right up my alley. Thanks a bunch. I'm eager to see where things go with the GSE, and my internal cleanse. On Saturday, I felt wiped out for a couple of hours and had to take a long nap. I figured it was die-off from the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract I started on Friday. Fortunately, die-off reactions has been rare, but results are still occurring, so I will believe that bad stuff is moving out one way or another.

Good luck with your progress, keep at it, and tell me what works.
