Ok: So I took a detox bath this weekend - what a treat!

I used 2 cups Epsom Salt, 1/4 cup lime water, 1/2 cup baking soda, juice of 2 limes, 1 tbs. cayenne, 4 tbs. fruit pectin, 3 cups 3% H2O2.

Halfway through, I exfoliated using:

1/4 cup epsom salt, 1 tsp. Sea Salt , 1/4 cup castor oil mix.

Then soaked again for an extra 20 minutes.

followed by cold shower

UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaa.....

Unexpected bonus: Bath smelled like new baby. Does anyone know why? It was not continuous but fleeting - more like a windblown scent.
