Just wanted to point out that many chinese herbs can be hard on the liver. I used TCM herbs in the beginning of trying to get rid of candida, and had a great initial response. Then after a while I started gradually to feel kind of bad, and I thought it was a healing crisis, so I kept going, and hurt my liver. If you do start to feel like you are backsliding, give this somehought instead of automaticaly attributing it to die off. I just don't want others to have the same experience I did.
