Health is a lifestyle not a quick fix. If you truely want optimal health please understand waht that post was saying. ALL disease or symptoms will benefit from that information.

In the meantime, can you find a good reliable place to deliver a colonic? This would help you right now. Andreas Moritz (author of the Amazing Liver Cleanse) always recomends colonics after a liver flush. One can release alot of toxins stored in the stagnant bile. A colonic will help remove these toxins.
