Today is the best day I have felt since finishing my first flush last wednesday.
I think I may have stirred the stones up or something?? because the pain in my right side, penetrates through to my back has been the worse I have ever felt since the flush over the last week.
The only difference between today and the rest of the week, is today, I took some
magnesium and calcium tablets...I wonder if this is the cure for the pain, or
whether to expect another attack again soon?
Is it necessary to fast for 3 days before the fast?? Last time I fasted on apples for 3 days prior to the cleanse.
HOpe some-one can give me some more insight here.
