once a week? I thought it was better every day, even if not needed (no body odour).

I once read of a taoist master who was able to never wash. He also didn't eat, except for one day a year, when he met with some companion masters, they ate and drink whole day all kind of things, monstrously much. He was asked: master, how are you able to eat that much after fasting all year? answer: are you kidding? if I ate that much I would die!

(there are ways to avoid shampoos, do you want to know more or you already do?)
