Ya know, I knew that I shouldn't be eating grains at this point...I needed confirmation.
Well, I guess I'll go make some juice. Carrot/cabbage/beet?
I'm just not that well versed in raw foods cuisine, YET! And I'm getting a little bored.

I've never had a colonic. You said something in a previous post about making sure they used the gravity method. Anything else?
