What should I be eating while taking this? I'm continuing on juices & lots of raw food although lately I've also been eating cooked vegs. & grains(wild & basmati rice, mostly) No animal foods(except the okra pepsin, a blood sacrifice I'm happy to make:)) Which are the best grains to eat? Non- mucus forming? I don't want to add to the problem while I'm trying to eliminate it...thanks, folks!
