Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it. Well you definitely got my gears rolling as I will now ask for bottled water when I go to restaurants. You are very lucky that you never drank city water. Unfortunately, I live in a big city suburb and that is how I grew up with that type of water for drinking, bathing, washing clothes, etc. My next investment will be a water filter\purifier to put over the shower. Every little bit helps!

I do take probiotics so if any good bacteria is being destroyed then I am trying my best to replenish it. There are just some situations where I have no control (well I know I do have control, I just don't go) so I adjust to the environment and try to use my best judgement when eating\drinking at establishments. Oh yeah... and don't forget about all the smoke and other pollutants in the air too. Being an ex-smoker for 8 years, it bothers me more now than when I did smoke.

I will investigate the charcoal info you provided.
