It seems to me that my vision really began to improve as I started focusing on the SIBO. I can't say if it is the PO or the HCl, but one of these has made a huge difference. I believe the big factor has been vitamin A/zinc deficiency, and both can be improved by either PO or HCl.

Today is my last day of PO, I've been using it for 21 days. I'm tempted to use it a few days more as I am finding that it is getting to the small intestine now without breaking down. For the first week or more, it was breaking down in my stomach due to low acid, I'm fairly certain, because I could feel a warmth in my esophageal area. From my understanding enteric coated caps will breakdown in a low acid environment, whether that is the stomach or intestine. Since I began the HCl, I have not had that warming sensation, especially if I took the PO around the same time. I'm tempted to continue the PO for a few more days and take an HCl with it to ensure it gets to my small intestine intact. I only have a few left, I suppose it makes sense to continue really.

But I am amazed by my vision improvements. Focusing my right eye is becoming much easier and faster. I'm sure it is all about the nutrients. My fat metabolism improvements is making all the difference. Now I can use my vitamin A, and my zinc absorption is improving with my increased stomach acid.

My PND is also gone, but I'm reluctant to celebrate just yet. I will wait to see if it stays gone or if it is just on vacation. After I finish the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract I'll make an assessment of my PND.

I have no idea how long it will take for me to be totally clear. I'm doing my total cleanse and using the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for the next couple of weeks. I will assess my symptoms at the 1.5 week mark to see if my white tongue stays clear, if my sinuses stay clear, and see if my vision is closer to 100%. I will also test my tolerance for EFA's again. If my fat digestion isn't better with large amounts of fat, I will have to continue the HCl and maybe the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract too. I may go a full month with the GSE, but that is my limit.

Congrats to you on your improvements. I know it is a major change for you to sleep easy at night, and not suffer so much with the skin issues. I hope we both find ourselves healed much sooner than we expect.
