Shelley is phenominal! She has helped me so much. I was terribly sick and thanks to her I feel I am almost back to normal! She can really help you if you carefully follow her advice. Thats my best advice :) She will expect you to do a lot of reading as she has posted a most of the answers on her website (Under frequently asked questions (FAQ) and in the forums) but she will also answer any questions or issues that come up which are not addressed.
