mmm, yes, silica lays down the "grids" and is in that sense a *precursor* to calcium

Mineral vinegar, (ACV) made with horsetail, goes nicely in hot water with the blackstrap molasses, I find. sometimes I put it on wilted or steamed greens.
(what my son calls "oven salad")
