I am pretty sure it is not dehydration, I never used to drink water at all, now I am drinking about 5 bottles or water a day, which is like 10 - 12 glasses...used to be nothing but soda's and juices....thats why I think my body is all over the place...no caffeine, no nicotine, anitbiotics, etc...
